Placing orders & lead times

We have seen strong increases in usage across our portfolio, and we encourage purchasing managers to ensure sufficient inventory is available as more customers request service. Bevi’s Order Management team is actively handling orders through our Order Platform. Lead times remain at normal levels (about 10 business days) for consumables, parts, and machines.

The Well
|
The Well, Bevi’s online inventory management portal, provides visibility into machine consumable levels and automated reports so you can determine when accounts need to be restocked. Reach out to our support team for a summary of your stocking needs based on current and historic consumption levels or if you need help planning for the return to the office.

Sanitation Screen
|
As a safety precaution, if a machine has been minimally used over a 4 week period, we will display a screen to encourage the customer to “rinse” their Bevi. If the customer does not rinse for more than 4 weeks, the machine will enter sanitation mode, which locks the dispense screen until a full sanitation is performed by a technician.

Sanitizer pumping “manifold”:
In order to simplify and speed up the Bevi machine cleaning process, we have developed a “manifold” that allows all four flavor lines to be cleaned simultaneously. This part is available through Bevi’s ordering platform (Bevi part number 720-0231 (formerly 540-0037)).
