What is this?
During the Standup 2.0 installation wizard, an automatic initial diagnostics test will run to help quickly identify if any wires, boards, or connections became loose during transit. The test can be re-run after checking and resolving any issues that were found, until all checks pass. This test takes about 2 minutes.
An additional final diagnostics test will run at the end to confirm proper function of the heater and chiller. This test takes a few seconds.
See below for information about the types of errors that may display, and what steps to take.
How to Run the Tests
- To start test, ensure the selected power configuration matches the supply voltage (120V or 240V), and then tap the Play button onscreen.
- If all tests pass, the Continue button is enabled. Tap it to proceed with install.
- If there's a failure, the Continue button is disabled.
- Tap the View button to see the list of error(s).
- See links below to get help with a specific error and troubleshoot to resolve.
- After resolving any issue(s), re-run the test by tapping the Play button again.
