Spare Parts & SKU Update (Jan 2024)

Spare Parts Update:

Dear Bevi Partners: We are updating our spare parts fulfillment strategy for the Countertop and the Standup 0.75/1.0/1.5 by consolidating our fulfillment locations, with the goal of improved inventory management and a better customer experience with faster delivery and fewer stockouts.

When: Effective February 5, 2024

What is Changing?

  • Spare parts will have new SKUs: You will need to update your systems to map old
    SKUs to their new SKUs. You will find the old SKU to new SKU mapping file attached
    below. New SKUs will be mapped to old SKUs on orders.bevi.co, so that you will still be
    able to search using the old SKU numbers.
  • Sustainable packaging: Our sustainability efforts apply to our spare parts as well,
    therefore, spare parts will have recyclable packaging!
  • Discontinued Spare Parts: In addition to these changes, Bevi will also be discontinuing
    the availability of the below parts due to a lack of demand.
    • 250-0020 - Graphics (pair), V0/V1 CT
    • 260-0004 - Refill Station, V1/V1.5 SU
    • 540-0005 - Touchscreen RetroFit Kit, V.75 SU
    • 540-0012 - FRU - CUSTOM TOUCHSCREEN ASSEMBLY, COUNTERTOP
    • 720-0130 - FRU - BULK CO2 KIT
    • 727-1036 - Overflow Tube w/fitting, Carbonator
    • 727-9906 - Door, V.75 SU
  • Pricing: Due to inflation and the addition of more sustainable packing materials, some
    prices on spare parts have increased. Additionally, through this process, we identified
    areas to reduce pricing for certain SKUs. All updated prices are listed on the attached/below
    spreadsheet.

Our Ask Today: Please start preparing your systems to reflect the new SKU #’s using the mapping file/data table attached. This mapping file also includes Bevi’s total spare parts item list, information on which items will have a new SKU #, the items’ demand categorization, and the items' machine compatibility.
