Power off the Bevi and unplug the power cord.

Remove plastic top cover from the Bevi.
- Open door.
- If the door is not already open, touch “Open Door” in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Remove the 3 screws from the base of the top cover lip
- Lift the cover off and place to the side.
- Open door.

Remove the top panel and center panels from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 6 screws in the corners of the panels.
- Lift the panels up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panels to the side.

Check the Heater Temp & Reservoir level sensor connections.
- At the top of the Bevi on the right side of the power module, locate the heater temp & res connector.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- At the top of the Bevi on the right side of the power module, locate the heater temp & res connector.
- In the back of the Bevi, locate the heater temp & res level sensor cable.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Inspect the length of the Heater Temp & Reservoir level cable from the Power module to the Heater.
- Inspect for and knicks, cuts, or damage to the cable.
- If any damage to the cable is found, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384

Plug the power cord back in and power on the Bevi
- Install will restart from the beginning.

Repeat Diagnostic Test.
- If the test passes, reinstall the back panel and top cover.
- If the Heater Current test continues to fail, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
