Remove the top panel and center panels from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 6 screws in the corners of the panels.
- Lift the panels up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panels to the side

Locate the Demand Pump in the Plumbing Shelf
- The Demand Pump is on the left side of the plumbing shelf, in front of the Heater.
- Repeat the diagnostic test, listen and feel for the demand pump running during the test.
- Verify that the pump does turn on.

Locate the Demand Pump connector on the BUC Board.
- The Demand Pump connector is at the bottom of the BUC Board, on the far left side.
- Inspect the entire length of cable and connector for any damaged wires.
- Carefully disconnect the Demand Pump cable from the BUC Board.
- Inspect the metal crimps in the connector.
- If the connector crimps appear to be spread open, the Demand Pump may need to be replaced. Contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
- If the connector crimps are good, reconnect the Demand Pump cable to the BUC Board.
- Ensure the cable fully clicks into the connector on the BUC Board.

Repeat the Diagnostic Test
- If the test passes
- Reinstall the back panels.
- Continue with Installation.
