Additional Steps (Multimeter Required)
To troubleshoot beyond this point, a multimeter will be required to test voltage readings.
-
Test the 24v connections at the Power Module.
- Disconnect the BUC Board power cable.
- Disconnect the Door Board power cable.
- Disconnect the Recircatator power cable.
-
Confirm the BUC Board power connector has 24v.
- Using a multimeter, confirm that the BUC Board connector measures at 24v
- If the BUC Board connector measures <23v or >25v:
- There may be an issue with the Power Module.
- If the BUC Board connector measures <23v or >25v:
- Using a multimeter, confirm that the BUC Board connector measures at 24v
- If the BUC Board connector measures at 24v:
- Reconnect the Door Board power cable to the Power Module.
- Retest and confirm the BUC Board connector still has 24v.
- If the voltage changes, then there may be an issue with the Door Board.
- Contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
- Reconnect the Recircatator power cable to the Power Module.
- Retest and confirm the BUC Board connector still has 24v.
- If the voltage changes, then there may be an issue with the Recircatator.
- Contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
- If the BUC Board connector measures at 24v with both the Door Board and Recircatator connected to the Power Module, continue to Step 11.
-
Confirm the Door Board power connector has 24v.
- Using a multimeter, confirm that the Door Board connector measures at 24v
- If the Door Board connector measures <23v or >25v:
- There may be an issue with the Power Module.
