What is this?
This error is returned when the ice bank temperature is read below 0°C, or was not detected, during the install diagnostics test. We will add any other details here.
Required Tools and Materials:
- #2 Phillips Screwdriver
- Flush Cut Pliers
- Zip Ties

Troubleshooting steps:

Power off the Bevi and unplug the power cord.

Remove the top panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 6 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Remove the center panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 4 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Remove the bottom panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 4 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Inspect the Chiller Sensor connection at the BUC Board.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable to the BUC Board.

Inspect the Chiller Sense cable harness.
- Inspect the length of the cable between the BUC Board and the Chiller.
- Check for any cuts or damage to the wires and connectors.
- Inspect the length of the cable between the BUC Board and the Chiller.

Inspect and the Chiller Sensor connection at the Chiller.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the Chiller Sensor cable.

Plug in the power cord and Power on the Bevi.

Repeat the Install Diagnostic Test
- ✔️If the test passes:
- Reinstall the back panels.
- Continue with installation
- ✖️If the test fails, continue to Step 9.
- ✔️If the test passes:

Remove the Chiller.
- Power off the Bevi and unplug the power cord.
- Disconnect the Chiller outputs.
- Disconnect the push to connect elbows for the sparkling, cold, and recirculation lines from the chiller.
- Remove the two mounting screws at the front of the chiller.
- Place the screws aside in a safe place.
- Disconnect the Chiller inputs.
- Disconnect the CO2, Water In, and Ice Bank Fill tubes from the top of the chiller.
- At the base of the chiller, remove the two mounting screws.
- The screws are located at either side of the fan.
- Disconnect the Chiller Sensor and Power Cables.
- Carefully slide the chiller out from the back of the Bevi.
- Visually inspect the Ice Bank.
- Validate that the icebank is not fully frozen.
- If the ice bank is frozen, it will need to thaw.
- If no ice is present, continue to step 11.
- Validate that the icebank is not fully frozen.
- Inspect the Chiller Temp Sensor cable.
- Confirm that the sensor is connected to the Chiller Sensor harness.
- Inspect the wires and connector for any visible damage.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the Chiller Temp Sensor.
- Reinstall the Chiller.
- Plug in the power cord and power on the Bevi.
- Proceed through installation back to the Diagnostic Test
- Repeat the Diagnostic Test,
- ✔️If the test passes:
- Reinstall the back panels.
- Continue with installation
