What is this?
This error is returned when one or multiple Flavor Sense Boards are not reporting to the computer. While it is important this issue is resolved, this error will not block you from completing installation of the Bevi.
Required Tools and Materials:
-#2 Phillips Screwdriver
-Flush cup snips
-Zip Ties
-
Remove the top panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 6 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Check Flavor Pump connection at the BUC Board.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable to the BUC Board.

Restart the Diagnostic Test.
- ✔️If the test passes:
- Reinstall back panel.
- Continue with installation.
- ✖️If there is still a Flavor Sense error, continue to step 5.
- ✔️If the test passes:

Remove Pump Panel to access the Flavor Sense Board Connector.
- If the door is not already open, press “Open Door” in the top right corner of the screen.
- Disconnect the two flavor lines from the barbed fittings at the pump panel.
- Unhook both flavor lines from the shelf.
- Remove the Philips screw that secures the front of the pump panel in the flavor shelf.
- In the back of the machine, disconnect the Flavor Pump connector from the BUC Board.
- Cut any zip ties securing the flavor pump cables.
- Note: Be extremely careful not to cut or damage any wiring.
- Remove the philips screw at the back of the Pump Panel.
- Carefully remove the Pump Panel out of the back of the machine.

Inspect the Flavor Sense Board connection on the Pump Panel.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable to the Flavor Sense Board Board.

Inspect the entire length of the pump panel cabling.
- Check for any cuts or damage to the wires and connectors.

Reinstall the Pump Panel into the appropriate slot.
- Do not fully reconnect the Pump Panel at this time.
- Reconnect the Pump Panel to the BUC Board

Repeat the Install Diagnostic Test.
- ✔️If the test passes:
- Reinstall the two mounting screws for the Pump Panel.
- Replace and zip ties that were cut.
- Reconnect the flavor lines to the barbed fittings.
- Reinstall the back panel.
- Continue with installation.
- ✖️If there is still a Flavor Sense error:
- There may be an issue with the Flavor sense board and or the BUC Board
