Key Features in the Release
- User Empowerment: Manage users independently by adding or removing buyers without needing to contact Bevi

- Improved Account Navigation: Easily navigate between different accounts after logging in, no longer need to manage multiple logins to access multiple accounts. (Applicable to those who purchase for multiple accounts)
How to Reset Password
- To reset password, navigate to orders.bevi.co & click “Sign In with Email And Password”.
- Click “Forgot my password” link on the login screen
- Enter your email address in the next screen and click “Send”
- You will receive a temporary access code via the provided email address
Example Password Reset Email
- Go back to the storefront login screen to enter the access code and set up a new password and click “Create”
- Your password is now reset and you are successfully logged into the storefront.
Bevi Orders Site Login Instructions
- Navigate to orders.bevi.co & click “Sign In with Email And Password”.
- If you’re logging in for the first time ever or since 02-14-24, please reset your password by following the instructions here: How to Reset Password
- Once you have reset your password, enter your Bevi storefront username (i.e. email) and password and click “Sign In”
- If you’re still unable to login after changing your password, please contact support@bevi.co for assistance.
- Once you are logged in, if you purchase for multiple Organizations (i.e. Accounts/Branches), you will be prompted to select the Organization to login under for the current session. Select an Organization and click “Select” to continue
- If you only Purchase for one Organization, you will automatically log into your Organization
How to Place an Order on Orders.bevi.co
Once you are logged into orders.bevi.co, you can begin placing orders! Follow the steps
below to place an order:
- Use the product category menus to browse Bevi products OR the search bar to
find specific products you are interested in. You can search by keywords, product
name or SKUs - Once you find a product, select the quantity by typing it in the quantity box or use the +/- buttons to adjust the quantity. Click Add to Cart to add this quantity to cart
- When you have finished shopping, click the cart icon at the top right of the page to view your cart. Click Go to Checkout to complete your order.
- On the first page review your items. Click Proceed to Payment.
- Select your shipping preferences. You can select an address already in your address list or add a new shipping address.
6. Click Go to Payment.
7. Under invoice you will see the total amount to be invoiced including any applicable shipping or tax.
8. On the right side, you can add an End Customer, PO Numbers or any notes about the order. These notes will appear on your order confirmation and invoice pertaining to this order.
9. To complete your order, click Buy Now.
How to Switch Organizations (i.e. Accounts/Branches)
- If you would like to switch to a different Organization (i.e. Account/Branch) at any given time, click on “Change Organization” button on top right
- A pop with a list of Organizations you are part of will be displayed
- Select an Organization from the list AND click “SELECT”
- You are now logged into the selected organization
- The Organization you’re buying for will be displayed at the Checkout page as highlighted below
How to Add a New Buyer to your Organization
- With the new and improved storefront, users with an Organization Administrator role can add buyers to their orgs.
- If you should have access to administer users for your Organization, please contact support@bevi.co and ask for “Your Storefront Permissions to be upgraded to an Organizational Admin”
- To add a new buyer, go to “My Account’ >> “My Profile” >> “My Organization”
- Click on “NEW” button
- Add Name, Email and select Role = “Organization Buyer” on the pop-up screen and click “ADD”
- The user is now added as a buyer
How to Remove Buyers from your Organization
- With the new and improved storefront, users with an Organization Administrator role can also remove buyers from their Organization
- To add a new buyer, go to “My Account’ >> “My Profile” >> “My Organization”
- Click on the user you want to remove and click “REMOVE USER” on the pop-up screen.
- The user is now removed from the organization.
