As we continuously strive to improve our partner’s machine visibility in The Well, we are releasing two new alerts to identify abnormal filter depletion, and updating the 6 Month Preventative Maintenance alert schedule, which will go live on August 5th, 2024.

Alert Name: Filter Out

Alert Severity Level: Severity (Sev) 2 - Machine is still usable by the customer but should be serviced soon.

Required Action:

The filter must be swapped on your next service visit to avoid a service disruption.

Alert Details:

This alert only applies to Standup V2.0 units.
The alert will fire when the filter is overdue for replacement, has become clogged, or has dropped in pressure that would impact flow from the machine.
The Filter Out Alert does NOT block Dispense.

Alert Name: Filter Out-Escalated

Alert Severity Level: Severity (Sev) 1 - Machine is out of order (OOO). Dispensing Disabled.

Required Action:

The filter must be swapped immediately to restore service to the machine.

Alert Details:

This alert only applies to Standup V2.0 units.
The alert will fire when the filter is overdue for replacement or has become clogged and has dropped in pressure that would impact flow from the machine, AND the machine meets the criteria for the Inlet Water Unavailable alert.
The Filter Out-Escalated alert DOES block dispense.
Will most likely be triggered if no action is taken on the initial Filter Out alert.

Additional Information:

A machine will not qualify for the alert if the site's water pressure does not meet the install requirement of 40 PSI.
If a machine meets the criteria for either the Filter Out or Filter Out-Escalated Alert, the Filter information in the Restock Status Section of the Well will also be updated to show the filter as Out.

Alert Name: 6 Month Preventative Maintenance Due Soon

Alert Severity Level: Severity (Sev) 2 - Machine is still usable by the customer but should be serviced within 30 days.

Update: Alert triggers at 5 months, 30 days before preventative maintenance is overdue. Previously only the 6 Month Preventative Maintenance Overdue alert was triggered at 6 months, when PM was already overdue.

Required Action:

You must perform our preventative maintenance procedures within 30 days of receiving this alert.

Alert Details:

6 Month Preventative Maintenance is mandatory for the machine to remain NSF compliant. Once the alert appears, you must complete preventative maintenance within 30 days or your machine will no longer be NSF compliant.
Failure to adhere to NSF compliance will result in the machine being out of warranty. The warranty will remain voided until the 6 Month Preventative Maintenance is completed.
If no action is taken within 30 days of receiving this alert, this alert will auto-resolve and be replaced with the 6 Month Preventative Maintenance Overdue alert.
