At a glance: The NEW Countertop 1.5

We're thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our new model – the Countertop 1.5.

This space-saving model has been carefully designed with your feedback in mind! We truly appreciate your support in sharing your knowledge and insights with us, which is instrumental in driving our innovation and creating the best products for our customers. We couldn't do it without you!

This email contains everything you need to know about our latest launch. 

Pricing, availability, and target customers

Lease pricing for the Countertop 1.5 will remain the same as the current Countertop 1.0.

Availability

The first Countertop 1.5 units will be available for pre-order in early May. Inventory will be limited during that period, so make sure to place your orders once pre-order opens!

Target audience

We designed the Countertop 1.5 machine for customers with space constraints, or those who prefer the aesthetic of the countertop unit. For more information on selling this model, refer to the resources below:

Recommended customer lease pricing

In our active pilot launch, we've successfully launched this new model to direct end customers between $249 - $299 per month (inclusive of filters and CO2). 

Recommended consumable end pricing

Each flavor BiB is designed to produce 400 12 oz. glasses of flavored water. We recommend charging $102 for flavors and enhancements. 

Machine specifications

The Countertop 1.5 has similar features and installation requirements as the original Countertop unit, with less required under-counter space, millwork, and ventilation requirements.

Installation

Install is now expected to take only 2 hours, cutting the install time in half compared to our previous countertop model – thanks to our new Install Wizard and other key product improvements.

Appearance

The Countertop 1.5 has the same countertop head unit, but the chiller underneath is now 50% smaller. 

Maintenance

We have specifically designed this machine and our new chiller to provide a reliable experience for partners and end customers alike. The new Countertop 1.5 is expected to have improved performance, as long as the space and ventilation requirements are followed.

Partners are still expected to perform Preventative Maintenance every 6 months. 

Discontinuation of the Bevi Countertop 1.0

With the introduction of this new and improved Countertop model, Bevi will be discontinuing production of the Countertop 1.0. We will continue to support your existing Countertop 1.0 machines for the foreseeable future. In the coming weeks, we will be sending you more information on how we will be phasing out the Countertop 1.0.
