If you have gone through proper installation of a Standup Bevi or Countertop Bevi and followed the machine registration process outlined in the Bevi Dashboard User Guide, then you should be able to see updated product levels on the machine’s inventory page via the Dashboard.
If you do not see accurate product levels on the machine’s inventory page, troubleshoot with the following actions:
- Ensure the Bevi is properly connected to the internet. Access the Service Panel with the unit’s touchscreen, and locate the WiFi icon. Select ‘Change’ to enter the WiFi menu. Verify the correct network name and password are entered. If the proper network name and password have been entered, contact the customer’s IT department to check if there is a network firewall issue.
- Double check the tablet ID and machine ID are entered correctly on the dashboard. Updates usually take between 2 - 5 minutes.
- Ensure that service visits are being logged in the Service Panel every time a consumable is restocked. Ensure that CO2 tank sizes and flavor numbers are entered correctly.
