How long does it typically take to get parts

Once ordered, non-urgent parts will typically arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Urgent parts will be overnighted, if ordered by 12PM EST. 

Please refer to this link here to check the status of an existing order. For Warranty parts ordered by Bevi technical support, you should receive an email with a tracking link. If you are unable to find this email, please contact support (Contact info below).

Please note: Carbonators and larger items - while ordered the same business day as requested - need to be shipped via Common Carrier.  These items may take significantly longer due to distance or other delivery restrictions. Please use your tracking information for exact delivery dates. Estimated order to delivery timeframe for Carbonators is 5 - 7 business days.
