Regular sanitation is required to ensure the food safety and best customer experience of your Bevi unit. In general, you should be cleaning the Bevi as often as you service the unit. We also recommend cleaning the flavor lines, BIB connectors, nozzle, and flavor ring area at least once a quarter.
