An update from our CEO, Sean Grundy
Dear Valued Partners,
I am writing to you again to provide an update on our business operations in light of the COVID-19 situation. Our main priority is to keep all of our customers, associates, and Bevi community safe while maintaining business operations.
Bevi remains open and is serving our partners while focusing on both business continuity and employee safety through the coming weeks. Below are updates on specific areas of our business.
Support - All of Bevi’s support channels, including both e-mail and phone, remain open. Please contact support@bevi.co or (866) 704-2384 anytime.
Training - In-person training sessions are temporarily suspended due to travel restrictions. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide remote training. Please contact training@bevi.co as needed.
Sales - Our Sales team is working diligently to make sure our customers are taken care of and in light of the current situation will be reaching out as needed. We are working remotely, but please reach out to your corresponding Territory Manager should you need anything sales related.
Concentrate Supplies - All of Bevi’s suppliers and warehouses are US-based and remain open, and we currently have several months of concentrate supplies dispersed in warehouses throughout the US. If you are thinking about placing a large order to build up stock, please coordinate with us at orders@bevi.co.
Machine Supplies - Bevi’s machine manufacturing facility is US-based and currently remains open.
Parts and Service - Bevi’s parts depot is US-based and remains open, shipping orders normally. For any spare parts, please contact support@bevi.co or (866) 704-2384.
Guidance for Machine Sanitizing, Shutdown, and Restart - Instructions for regular machine sanitizing are available at partners.bevi.co, along with recommendations on how to shut down and restart machines that will be left unused for an extended period of time.
Offices - Bevi’s offices remain open, though like many of you, a number of our team are working from home and we are limiting visitors. If you are planning to visit a Bevi office, please coordinate with your Bevi host before traveling.
Software - To ensure a safe user experience, our team has updated the touch screen with our recommended machine sanitation process.
We are monitoring this situation closely and are actively following guidance and recommendations from Federal, State and Local authorities. We will keep you informed as this situation evolves and if there are changes to our business operations.
We hope that you, your teams, and your families remain safe and healthy through this challenging situation. We remain committed to working with you now and continuing to grow together in the future.
Please direct any concerns and or questions to support@bevi.co, your local Bevi contact, or me.
Sincerely,
Sean
