Why does the Sanitation Screen show up on the bevi? (image below)
This is a reminder to our customers that after prolonged times of no usage, certain steps should be followed by their service provider to ensure drinks will be dispensed from a clean Bevi machine.

The Sanitation Screen will show on any bevi machines that have not been dispensed from for 6 weeks or more. Typically, upon reboot.
My customer says they see a message on their screen that indicates the machine should be cleaned before using it (the above screen). What do I do next?
Please send a member of your team out to this machine in order to perform the recommended sanitation steps. Click the ‘Confirm’ button on the screen which acknowledges you will perform sanitation, follow the sanitation steps, and then the machine can be used again.
If a machine has not been used for 6 weeks or more, why would the sanitation screen not show up?
It may be that the sanitation screen already showed and was confirmed for this machine.
It could also mean that this machine never received the software update. Please verify on the Well dashboard that this machine is connected to the internet. All machines need to be connected via wifi or cellular modem.
