What is Bevi Academy?
Bevi Academy is a structured learning program for partner technicians. It provides a clear, progressive path to build service expertise — from basic machine operation through advanced troubleshooting — so your team can resolve issues independently and deliver consistent service to end customers.
The program has three tiers:
- Core Bevi Technician: Self-paced online modules covering tech specs, installation requirements, site inspection, machine overview, routine consumable swaps, preventative maintenance, and leveraging Bevi resources.
- (Coming next) Specialist Bevi Technician: Troubleshooting philosophy and root-cause diagnosis.
- (Coming next) Expert Bevi Technician: In-person mastery and peer training capability.
Tiers are progressive: Core must be completed before Specialist content unlocks, and Specialist before Expert eligibility.
First-Time Login
- Request access via the Bevi Academy Registration Form. Access is granted within 1–2 business days.
- Check your email for an activation message from Bevi Academy. You have 7 days from receipt to activate before the link expires.
- Activate your account. The email will include your username and a temporary password.
- Change your password when prompted on first login.
- Start learning. There is an on-login course “Navigating Across Bevi Academy”and once complete, the Core content will be available. You can find the Core Bevi Technician curriculum by selecting the My Course Tile or transcript section.

General FAQ
Why is Bevi launching this now? As the Bevi installed base grows, partners need a clear, more consistent path to ramp new technicians. Bevi Academy is a sustainable way to deliver learning, assessments, and certifications so partner teams can scale expertise without having to reach out to Bevi Technical Support for every escalation.
Is participation mandatory? No. Partners who expressed interest or pre-registered will be auto-enrolled in the Core curriculum on July 14, and have 45 days to complete it.
How much does it cost? Nothing. Bevi covers the LMS, content, and certification infrastructure for all partners.
How long does each tier take? The Core course takes 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete. The Core and Specialist pathways are self-guided. Learners have 45 days from account creation to complete the Core curriculum.
Can a learner skip to tiers? No. The tiers are locked and progressive. Core must be completed before Specialist content is available, and Specialist before the learner is eligible for Expert.
What happens if I previously completed older Bevi training? Existing learning history does not transfer automatically. Learners will be enrolled in Bevi Academy paths once synced into the system. The new program supersedes all prior ad-hoc training materials.
When will all content be available? Content is released by quarter and assigned via curriculum paths. Later courses do not unlock until preceding paths are complete — this ensures each tech builds on a solid foundation.
