How to Swap the CO2 Tank in The Standup 1.5

Procedure

Task 1: Access the Service Panel onscreen.

  1. Tap the wrench icon at the top left of the screen.
  2. Tap Start Service button and enter the PIN to access.

Task 2: Use the key to open the machine door.

Task 3: Detach and shut off the empty CO2 tank.

  1. Detach the nylon strap.
  2. Shut off the CO2 tank valve by turning the knob clockwise until it stops.

Task 4: Disconnect the hose and remove.

  1. Using an adjustable wrench, turn the hose connector nut counterclockwise to loosen.
  2. Remove the old CO2 tank from the Bevi machine.

Task 5: Connect the new tank.

  1. Confirm the washer is between the hose and the tank.
  2. Thread hose connector clockwise onto the tank by hand. Use an adjustable wrench to finish tightening.
  3. Open the tank, and reattach the strap.

Task 6: Update in the Service Panel.

  1. On the screen, find the CO2 section and tap the Restock button.
  2. Select the correct tank size from the menu.
    • This ensures proper tracking and calculation of CO2 level.

Task 7: Prime water lines.

  1. Place a container under the dispense area.
  2. Select Sparkling water, then press and hold the Pour button for 30 seconds.
    • This purges any flat water out of the line, and confirms the tank is open.
