While The Standup 2.0 is extremely reliable and we stand behind its quality and durability, we have noticed some recurrent issues. Finding solutions to these common breakdowns remains top priority. REMINDER: MARK BEVI MACHINES AS “IN WAREHOUSE”
In order to accurately track your Bevi machines, you can now mark their proper location–in your warehouse or installed in the field. Easily mark the machine as “In Warehouse” either within the machine’s service panel or on The Well by editing the unit’s status (see image below). |
When marked as “In Warehouse”, you still have the ability to manage the machine from The Well’s warehouse page. Benefits of this new feature are:

Vitamin Boost, Electrolytes, and Caffeine can be added to any machine model: The Standup 2.0 / 1.5 / 1.0 / 0.75 and The Countertop.
Friendly reminder–ensure your Bevi machines are connected to the internet so that the latest software with the new product information is present. You will be unable to install Electrolytes & Vitamin Boost into a Bevi machine otherwise. |
