Fall Seasonal Beverages have been a smash hit – but they're leaf-ing our lineup at the end of November to make room for a new season of carefully curated combinations. Take a peek at our newest flavors and tell us which ones you're most excited to try!

Reintroducing: Lime

A refreshing take on a classic flavor

Meet Lime – the refreshing new product name for our existing Key Lime flavor. Our data showed that “Key Lime” wasn’t getting the love it deserved, despite Lime being one of the most popular flavors in the market. By pivoting to “Lime,” we're highlighting the flavor profile and taste that consumers know and love.

Don’t worry, the Lime flavor formula remains exactly the same. This change will take effect in mid to late November – we ask that you please prepare to update your internal ordering/inventory systems and marketing collateral.

Thank you for helping us keep the Bevi portfolio as fresh as possible! 

Feature update

Smart filter health updates 

Starting in November, all filters that were last logged as replaced 1+ year(s) ago will show as EXPIRED in the machine service panel and The Well to align with our manufacturer guidelines. To resolve this expiration, replace the old filter with a new HF20-I filter. 

We thank our technicians for properly logging each filter replacement in the service panel, so that Bevi can continue tracking and reporting inventory accurately. For guidance on replacing filters, read our Filter Swap Guides on the Help Center.

Countertop 1.5 updates

Anticipated machine lead times

Due to strong demand for the new Countertop 1.5, deliveries will continue to have a 3–4 week lead time through the end of 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented demand.

Please keep this lead time in mind when scheduling new installations to ensure a smooth process for you and your clients.

Installation webinar training

Join Casey Thornton, Bevi's Technical Partner Operations Manager, as she introduces the Countertop 1.5. In this webinar, Casey will:

• review some technical upgrades,
• give a detailed overview of operations,
• explain how to successfully prep your site for installation, and
• share best practices for a successful installation.

When you join, you will be asked to register and enter a passcode before the recording will play.

Cabinet dimensions and sales collateral 

We recently updated the under-cabinet clearance requirements for the Countertop 1.5. These new dimensions help ensure an easier installation process and optimal machine performance in a wider variety of environments.

Upcoming milestones

Standup legacy models

We'd like to remind you that the Standup v.75 and v1.0 models will reach the end of their lease renewal on December 31, 2025. End of support will follow on December 31, 2026. For full details, please review our End of Life bulletin, or see our complete EOL Policy.
