Improving The Standup 2.0
Late last year, we made several improvements to our Standup 2.0 to address issues with manifold leaks. While the work of our quality and engineering teams is not over, these combined efforts have resulted in meaningful improvements!
Here are a few changes we have made: 1. New 3M HF20-I Filter: Unlike the older 3M filter, which is no longer available for purchase, these filters do not shed the carbon particles that clog the solenoids in the manifolds. Place your order now! (Once you receive and install this new filter, don’t forget to flush it, and DOUBLE the filter lifetime in the service panel.) |
2. Manufacturing Process Improvements: We worked closely with our manifold manufacturer to make process improvements and design tweaks that improved their quality. This has improved the reliability of the valves and reduced leaks. 3. Software Controls Update: We updated our software controls so that if the internal pressure sensor detects the possibility of a manifold leaking, we “bump” the system to attempt to fully close the solenoids in the manifolds. Please review your Standup 2.0s in The Well to ensure they are connected to the internet to ensure they will get this update.
You should see fewer leaks across large fleets of Standup 2.0 machines, but as a reminder, here is our Troubleshooting Guide for the most common issues. |

Spare Part SKU Updates
What’s changing? We’ve set up a new approach to spare parts fulfillment so you can benefit from better inventory, faster delivery, and fewer stockouts.
New SKUs will take effect February 5th, 2024. |

REMINDER: Cellular Charge
Starting in 2024, Bevi will charge for purchased machines that utilize the internal cellular connection.
As referenced in the installation wizard, an additional fee of $15/month will only apply to machines that utilize internal cellular as their primary connection method and were purchased from Bevi (not leased).
Bevi considers a machine that uses cellular for 10 or more days in a month to have cellular as its connection method. We recommend using Wi-Fi or ethernet connections to alleviate being charged for cellular.
Please check which machines are currently using cellular on The Well and reference our Connecting your Bevi Standup 2.0 to Wi-Fi guide. |
