Standup 2.0 Install Diagnostics |
Standup 2.0 will include a new, two-part diagnostic test as part of the install wizard. The initial diagnostic test takes about 2 minutes, and a final diagnostic check takes up to 40 seconds. These diagnostics scan for any loose or faulty components and connections during install, so the tech can resolve any detected issues before customers start using the machine.

If there is an issue, the below message will show up on the screen. Tap ‘VIEW’ to see the list of failures and warnings. QR codes are being added, which scan directly to the troubleshooting page for each error. |

Reminder: Whenever working with the 120VAC heater or chiller power cables, turn the machine off, then unplug the power cable and continue troubleshooting with the machine off and cable unplugged. |

Cloudy Water SOP Reminder
As of December 15, 2023 we only supply our new filter on our storefront, the 3M HF20-I instead of the 3M HF20. It is required to be used in all Bevi models moving forward and is available to order. As a reminder, our new filter is:
We have updated our filtration documentation for customers who want to learn more. As a reminder, it's essential to always flush new filters. If you encounter cloudy water, sometimes caused by air trapped in the water line, you can troubleshoot using this guide. |
