4. Technical documents

We’re introducing two new alerts and updating our maintenance schedule to help you better manage your machines. 

• Filter Out Alert (Severity 2): This alert will tell you when a filter in your Standup 2.0 unit needs to be replaced soon. The machine can still be used, but the filter should be swapped during your next service visit to avoid issues.
  
  
• Filter Out - Escalated Alert (Severity 1): This alert means the filter is overdue, and the machine can’t dispense water. You’ll need to replace the filter immediately to get the machine working again.

We’re also updating the 6 Month Preventative Maintenance alert. This alert will now trigger at 5 months, giving you 30 days to complete maintenance before it becomes overdue. Completing this maintenance on time is important to keep your machine NSF compliant and under warranty. >> Learn more.

• Metrics Page. We've added the Metrics page to The Well to help you understand machine service problems and usage trends at a glance.
