1. Caffeine is now Energy Boost 

Bevi’s Caffeine enhancement has a new name: Energy Boost. 

 

While this update is designed to enhance the customer experience, your installation, ordering, and service processes remain unchanged.

Why the change? Based on customer feedback, the name “Energy Boost” better aligns with the uplifting feeling and alertness users expect from this enhancement.

What to expect on Bevi machines. You’ll continue placing orders for this enhancement and swapping concentrates the same way—no extra steps required. This is strictly a name change; SKU, UPC, and flavor numbers remain the same. Here’s how the name will show up for each location: 

  • Dispense screen. “Energy Boost” now appears on the dispense screen instead of “Caffeine.”

  • When looking at the Concentrate box. The BiB boxes and labels will continue to say “Caffeine” for now.

  • Swapping a BiB on Standup 2.0. When scanning a Caffeine BiB, the Service Panel will display “Energy Boost (Caffeine).”

  • Swapping a BiB on the Countertop or a legacy Standup (1.5, 1.0, 0.75). You should select “Energy Boost (Caffeine)” from the flavor picker when installing a Caffeine BiB.

  • The Well. If you use Bevi’s portal for reviewing an entire fleet of machines and their usage, that platform will continue to display “Caffeine” for now.

Ordering & customer support. You can continue ordering this enhancement at orders.bevi.co—look for the name “Energy Boost (Caffeine).” If you receive questions about the change, reassure customers that the formula and function remain identical, just with a name that better fits what they love about it.

2. Seasonal beverages for spring 2025 🌸

Spring is around the corner, bringing six new seasonal beverages from Bevi. 

 

Plus, due to their popularity, Arctic Berry (Pomegranate Blueberry + Lemon) and Super Orange (Blood Orange + Vitamin Boost) will stick around for three more months. 

 

New seasonal beverages arrive in early March for Standup 2.0 and mid-March for all other machines.

  • Cucumber Refresh: Cucumber + Lemon
  • Strawberry Sunshine: Lemon + Strawberry Lemongrass
  • Orange Oasis: Blood Orange + Peach Mango

  • Cherry Mango Tango: Peach Mango + Black Cherry
