Overview
This guide will walk through the steps to install the CO2 Extension Kit (720-0341) for a Bevi Countertop 1.5. This kit extends the length of the CO2 sensor cable and supply line by 70", and can be used if the size of the cabinet to house the CO2 tank is below the minimum requirements or outside of standard operation.

Required Tools & Parts
- CO2 Line Extension (720-0341)
- #2 Phillips Screwdriver
- Adjustable wrench, adjustable to 1-1/8” for CO2 tank

Installation Steps
Task 1: Connecting the Regulator and Line Extension.
- Locate the CO2 Pressure Regulator in the installation accessories.
- Using an adjustable wrench, connect the CO2 Pressure Regulator to the CO2 Tank.
- Ensure the CO2 gasket is in place between the tank and the CO2 Pressure Regulator.
- Connect the CO2 Line Extension to the CO2 Pressure Regulator.
- Remove the 1/4” PTC stem elbow from the end of the CO2 Pressure Regulator tubing.
- Reconnect the stem elbow to the end of the 1/4” CO2 tubing on the Line Extension kit.
- Connect the 1/4” tubing of the CO2 Pressure Regulator to the PTC fitting on the CO2 Line Extension.
- Ensure the tubing is fully seated into the PTC fitting.
- Connect the sensor cables of the CO2 Pressure Regulator and the CO2 Line Extension.
NOTE: ENSURE CONNECTOR LATCH IS ALIGNED WITH THE RETENTION CLIP.
Task 2: Connecting CO2 Extension to the Compact Chiller.
- Remove the CO2 Access Panel.
- Loosen two captive Philips screws, and lift up on the panel.
- Route the 1/4” tubing and sensor cable from the CO2 Line Extension into the access panel.
- The tube and sensor cable can be routed from either side of the chiller.
- There are 2 channels where the tubing and sensor cable run, the larger channel is for the CO2 tubing, and the smaller is for the sensor cable.
- Connect the sensor cable to the connector inside the CO2 Panel.
- Ensure connector latch is facing upward.
- Connect the 1/4” PTC elbow of the CO2 Line Extension to the PTC fitting on the top of the chiller.
- Reinstall the CO2 Panel.
- Ensure the panel is seated flush, and tighten the two phillips screws.
- Confirm all PTC fittings are fully inserted and secured with a locking clip after the tubes are inserted.
- Check that the locking clips are secured around each PTC collet.
- At this time, DO NOT turn on the CO2 Tank.
- Continue on with the steps as listed in the Installation Guide.
