Overview
At Bevi, we prioritize delivering the best drink experience to our customers. We require a regular 6-month preventative maintenance on our machines to ensure each dispense is of the same quality the customer expects across the lifetime of the machine. Our preventative maintenance is focused on three main areas:
- Maintaining a consistent flavor experience,
- Maintaining a visually pleasing machine,
- Preemptive checks to ensure all components function like new and to reduce future issues.
Additionally, preventative maintenance is required every 6 months to maintain compliance with NSF certification and Bevi's warranty. This article provides quick links to the procedure guides for each machine type, and describes two Machine Alerts that help ensure maintenance is completed on time.

Preventative Maintenance Machine Alerts
Machine Alerts indicate when a Bevi machine needs attention. There are two alerts related to Preventative Maintenance, which are both classed Severity 2 (will not block dispenses).
Preventative Maintenance Due Soon (Certification and Warranty at Risk)
The "Due Soon" alert triggers 5 months after completion of the last Preventative Maintenance service. It provides a 30-day notice that the due date for the next service is approaching, and includes the date it triggered. Note that the alert text will not change during the following 30 days. It is important to schedule and complete the preventative maintenance service as soon as possible (and within 30 days of the alert activation) to avoid interruptions to certification and warranty status.
Action required: Complete the 6-Month Preventative Maintenance procedure as soon as possible, and within 30 days of the alert's activation. The guides are linked above by machine type.
Preventative Maintenance Overdue (Certification and Warranty Voided)
The "Overdue" alert triggers 6 months after completion of the last Preventative Maintenance service. It indicates that the due date has passed, and that NSF certification and warranty are suspended. The preventative maintenance service should be completed immediately.
Action required: Arrange to complete the 6-Month Preventative Maintenance service right away. The guides are linked above by machine type.
