Watch the video above, or read and try the following actions:
- Power cycle: Please reset the Bevi by turning the unit OFF and ON using the switch on the back.
- Cleaning: Finger grease and other surface contaminants can cause problems with the touchscreen. Please turn off the Bevi and use a soft cloth and wipe down the touchscreen.
- Reseat connections: Double check that all wired connections to the touchscreen are inserted properly. Please turn off the Bevi, and gently re-insert all cables connected to the touchscreen located inside the door.
