What will change with the new software update?
If a flavor is expired or runs out, the ‘Out’ message shows that flavor on the dispense screen. This prevents customers from trying to dispense those flavors. The ‘Out’ message can be cleared by replacing the flavor & indicating it has been swapped in the Service Panel.
Additionally, when indicating a swap on the Service Panel, there is now a required step for entering the expiration date located on the side of the flavor box. That way, the manufacturer expiration date on the box or the opened shelf life expiration date (whichever is earliest) is displayed as the expiration date on the Well, Service Panel, and causes the ‘Out’ message on the dispense screen.
When and how the software update will be rolled out
All software updates are scheduled accordingly during off hours . Bevi monitors performance after updates to review any discrepancies
When should I replace Bevi flavors?
Flavors should be replaced before they run out or are expired to provide the best experience for the customer. Use the Well (https://well.bevi.co/portal) to see the expected date of service for each flavor.
My customer called indicating they see an ‘Out’ message on the dispense screen. What do I do next?
Check the Well (https://well.bevi.co/portal) to see which flavors are out or expired and which flavors are going to be out or expired soon. Replace those flavors at the machine and indicate the swap on the Service Panel. This will clear the ‘Out’ message. Remember to swap flavors before they are out of expired to provide the best experience for the customer.
A flavor ran out or expired, why does the machine not display “OUT”?
It may be that this machine never received the software update to show ‘Out’. Please verify on the Well that this machine is connected to the internet. All machines need to be connected via wifi or cellular modem.
