Overview
What is BeviPop?
BeviPop is Bevi’s first better-for- you soda, dispensed directly from the Bevi machine. It is a healthier alternative to traditional best-selling sodas.
What flavors does BeviPop come in?
BeviPop launches with four flavors:
- Root Beer
- Orange Cream
- Lemon Lime
- Blueberry Fizz
What are the nutrition facts for BeviPop?
Per 12 oz serving: 4g sugar, 15 calories on the default setting. BeviPop contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
How will BeviPop appear on the Bevi screen?
Like every other flavor on your machine, each BeviPop flavor appears as a named button on the Bevi screen. Customers can dispense a BeviPop flavor on its own, or in combination with other flavors and enhancements. Additionally, seven BeviPop-powered drink experiences — BeviEnergy and BeviSport— will each appear as their own dedicated buttons with unique icons per flavor.
Which Bevi machine models support BeviPop?
BeviPop requires the new Carbonation Plus Nozzle and is available on the Signature Standup 2.0 and will be available in the Signature Countertop.
Can BeviPop flavors be mixed with other flavors and BeviBoosts (enhancements) already on the machine?
Yes. Customers can mix BeviPop flavors with any installed flavor or enhancement just like any other Bevi drink. In addition, three pre-configured BeviPop combination drinks are available as dedicated screen buttons — see the BeviPop Combination Drinks section below for details.
I see a BeviPop button on the screen labeled “OUT” and it is greyed out. What does that mean?
This means the BeviPop flavor concentrate BiB (Bag-in-Box) for that flavor has run out. Restock the concentrate to restore that option on screen.
Are BeviPop flavors Kosher certified, gluten-free, and vegan?
Yes, all BeviPop flavors and drinks enabled by BeviPop are kosher certified, gluten-free, and vegan.
BeviPop Combination Drinks
BeviPop unlocks two additional beverage categories when paired with our BeviBoosts, each appearing as its own button on the machine screen with unique icons per flavor.
BeviEnergy
What is BeviEnergy?
BeviEnergy combines a BeviPop flavor with the Energy Boost concentrate. It is dispensed sparkling and appears as a dedicated button on the machine screen. It is available with all four BeviPop flavors. The BeviEnergy flavors are:
- Root Beer Bolt
- Orange Overdrive
- Blueberry Bolt
- Citrus Charge
Do I need to order anything special for BeviEnergy?
No additional concentrates are required beyond BeviPop flavor concentrate(s) and the Energy Boost concentrate. Both must be installed for the BeviEnergy button to appear.
BeviSport
What is BeviSport?
BeviSport combines a BeviPop flavor with the Electrolytes concentrate. Unlike BeviEnergy and Prebiotic BeviPop, BeviSport is dispensed still — not sparkling — making it ideal for active hydration. It appears as a dedicated button on the machine screen and is available with three BeviPop flavors: Lemon Lime, Blueberry Fizz, and Orange Cream. It is not available with Root Beer. The BeviSport flavors are:
- Citrus Refresh
- Blueberry Balance
- Orange Hydrate
Why isn’t BeviSport available with Root Beer?
Root Beer + Electrolytes is not a recommended flavor combination. BeviSport is available with the three BeviPop flavors that make sense for a sports and hydration drink.
Do I need to order anything special for BeviSport?
No additional concentrates are required beyond BeviPop flavor concentrate(s) and the Electrolytes concentrate. Both must be installed for the BeviSport button to appear.
Why is BeviSport still and not sparkling?
BeviSport is designed for active hydration. Still water is the standard format for sports and electrolyte drinks, and is more appropriate for high-exertion use cases where carbonation is less desirable.
Technician / Self-Servicer FAQ
What nozzle is required for BeviPop?
Your Bevi Signature Standup 2.0 requires a Carbonation Plus Nozzle to dispense BeviPop. If your machine does not have the updated nozzle it will be unable to accept BeviPop. Please contact your Bevi representative to coordinate the upgrade.
What happens when a BeviPop flavor is switched out for a different flavor or enhancement?
Switching one BeviPop flavor concentrate for a different flavor, or switching between a BeviPop flavor and an enhancement, will trigger a 60-second prime cycle. This is expected behavior. This prime cycle equates to ~168ml of concentrate.
Important: Replacing a BeviPop flavor concentrate with the same flavor (e.g., Root Beer replaced with Root Beer) does not trigger the extended prime.
How can I tell if a BeviPop combination drink button has become out of stock?
If one of the concentrate bags that makes up a combination drink (e.g., Electrolytes for BeviSport) runs out, the corresponding button will appear greyed out and labeled “OUT” on screen. Restock the missing concentrate bag to restore the button.
How do I know which combination drink buttons are available on a given machine?
BeviPop combination drink buttons appear automatically on screen when the required concentrates are both installed and in stock. You can confirm installed concentrates and available combo drinks in the service panel or via the Unit page on The Well. If either concentrate is missing, the combination button will not appear.
I have a question that isn’t answered here. Who should I contact?
Please email support@bevi.co with the customer name and Bevi machine serial number and a member of the team will follow up.
