The Metrics page is now the default page when logging in to The Well, and it provides several views that efficiently display service issues and usage trends. This article details the different sections of the Metrics page and how each measurement gives you tools to efficiently understand and manage your Bevi fleet.
The Status section at the top of the page gives a clear summary of units that require attention, helping you quickly respond to and resolve service interruptions.
The Sustainability and Flavor/Enhancement Usage sections use real data to display helpful insights into user preferences and usage patterns.

Unit Management
Installed Units
-
- Displays the number of units that have an “Installed” status.
- Machines automatically set this as their status when they go through the installation wizard. Click to view which machines are in this status (links to “Installed” page of The Well).
- Why it matters: Knowing the number of units you have in the field is vital to knowing how many machines you need to service.
In Warehouse Units
-
- Displays the number of units that have an “In Warehouse” Status.
- This status is set either automatically when the machine is pre-registered, or manually when a machine is uninstalled from a site. Click to view which machines are in this status (links to “Warehouse” page of The Well).
- Why it matters: Knowing the machines you have “In Warehouse” gives you visibility into what machines are available for you to redeploy to the field. Placing machines “In Warehouse” also ensures you’re focusing on installed machines in the field.
Offline
- This section shows the number & percentage of Installed Units that are not connected to the internet.
- The circle chart quickly displays the portion of offline (not connected) units.
Why it matters: Connection to the internet is critical to monitor the current status of your machines. Without connection, you’re reliant on your customer reaching out to report a problem.
Out of Order ⚠
- This section displays the number & percentage of Installed Units that currently have a dispense-blocking alert active. These machines will stay out of order and cannot dispense until their alert(s) are resolved.
- The circle chart quickly displays the portion of machines that are currently affected/out of order.
- Why it matters: Users can’t dispense beverages from an out-of-order machine until it is serviced, and any active alerts are cleared. This section calls attention to those disabled machines to help prioritize service to them.
Sparkling Water Out
- This section displays the number & percentage of Installed Units that report an empty CO2 tank and currently cannot dispense any sparkling beverages.
- The circle chart quickly displays the portion of machines that are reporting an empty CO2 tank.
- Why it matters: Users cannot dispense sparkling drinks when the CO2 is out, which limits beverage options and could severely impact usage. This view helps prioritize machines that need their CO2 tank replaced immediately to restore sparkling water functionality.
Flavors & Enhancements Out
- This section displays the number & percentage of Installed Units that report an empty flavor or enhancement.
- The circle chart quickly displays the portion of machines that are affected.
- Why it matters: Users cannot make drinks with empty flavors or enhancements, which could severely impact usage. This view helps prioritize machines that need one or more empty flavor or enhancement slots to be replenished immediately.

Bottle Savers - Top and Bottom (per week)
Celebrate Top Bottle Savers
This chart lists the top units as measured in weekly bottles saved. Knowing your top bottle savers gives you the insight into machines you might need to service more often, or might even benefit from another machine.
- These are the top bottle savers calculated over the last 7 days (updated once per day).
Check Low Bottle Savers
This chart lists the units with the lowest number of weekly bottles saved. Your bottom bottle savers likely need some attention, be it reconnection to the internet, new flavors, relocation, or other services. Check-in to see if you can boost their usage.
- These are the lowest bottle savers calculated over the last 7 days (updated once per day).
