[09/20/24 - Caffeine Lot TP24208A] BiB Return Kit Instructions

If you have been instructed by Bevi to return one or more BiB products, please follow these steps to repack and return:

1. Open the black return case by cutting the zip ties (2x), then unlock the latches (4x) in positions shown.

2. Locate the following inside the black case:
   • Instruction sheet
   • Return shipping label
   • Two (2) locks stored inside case; set aside
   • NOTE: The code for the locks is preset, and is written on the instruction sheet inside of the box.
3. Place the affected BiB boxes inside the black shipping case. Fill any gaps with packaging material.

4. Close box and secure (4x) latches.
5. Place return shipping label on outside of black case.

5. Install locks onto black case in positions shown, close locks, and turn dials to keep in closed position.
   • Tug test locks to ensure they are in locked position, and fully secured.

6. Return package via FedEx.
