Required Repacking Materials:
Chiller Option 1: Off-The-Shelf Packaging
The Bevi chiller can be returned in a generic overbox with adequate interior packaging:
- Overbox must have dimensions ≥ 22” x 22” x 22” and should not exceed 30”x30”x30.
- An example of an acceptable box is S-4798 from Uline.
- Bubble wrap, or a comparable material, must be used to pack fully below, above, and around the chiller and fill all empty volume within the overbox.
- The box must be securely taped shut and secured to a pallet with shipping straps, and/or plastic wrap.
Chiller Option 2: Bevi Packaging (order or re-use)
The Bevi chiller can also be returned in its original packaging, or packaging from a different Bevi chiller unit.

The chiller must be packed within the overbox using the original foam pads, or replacement bubble wrap.

The box must be securely taped shut, and secured to a pallet with shipping straps and/or plastic wrap.
Chiller Repacking Instructions:
- Layer ≥ 2” of bubble wrap along the bottom of the box.
- Place and center the chiller feet down within the box.
- Use bubble wrap (or similar material) to completely fill in the empty volume around the perimeter of the chiller.
- Use additional bubble wrap, as needed, to fill any voids within the box pack.
- Layer ≥ 2” of bubble wrap along the top of the chiller.
- Tape the box shut
- Place the sealed box in the center of a pallet.
- Secure the box to the pallet via straps and/or shrink wrap.
NOTE: When shipping multiple chillers, individually boxed units can be combined up to 8 per standard pallet, using a configuration of 4 boxes per layer, stacked 2 high.
