A: At this time V2s are reserved for new and add on sales.
Q: Can I use flavors with hot water
A: Yes! All flavors and enhancements can be used with Hot, Cold or Room Temperature (ambient) water
Q: Why do I need a PIN code to Access the Service Panel
A: Instead of hiding the Service Panel behind an easter egg we decided to put it out front but with limited access To avoid random access to machine settings it was decided that only training technicians or self service customers access the features of the Service Panel.

Q: Will servicing the Bevi V2 be different than the V1 Series?
A: Servicing a Bevi V2 should be much easier. Replenishment of CO2, Flavors and enhancements, and Filter exchanges will be almost identical to the Bevi V1 series. The main difference will be that we will have step by step wizard to help accomplish these tasks. In addition there will be troubleshooting wizards, installation wizards and other helpful diagnostic tools we didn’t have in the Bevi V1.
Q: How do I enable Touchless for the Bevi V2?
A: At this time touchless is not available for the Bevi V2. You can order Nanoseptic screen protectors in the meantime. These sheets kill bacteria and virus material upon contact with the film and can be stuck on the dispense screen with out affecting the performance of the V2.
Q: Will the flavor BIBs be the same
A: Yes, we are using the same flavors as we did for V1 as we are for Bevi Standup 2.0 and they are installed the same way! The cool new thing is that we are adding RFID scanning to all BIBs in our Bevi Standup to allow for easier restocking
Q: Can I get V2 Flavor Enhancements for my V1 machine
A: Yes! It will take up one of the flavor slots, and you will have to manually mix it in by dispensing two flavors into your glass - but it will work!
Q: How can I tell if I have a V1 or a V2 machine?
A: You can reference the size and dimensions of the machine but generally if you leased your Bevi prior to December of 2021 you most likely have a V1.x Bevi. The easiest way to determine what you machine you have is that a Bevi V1 machine has four flavors on the dispense screen vs. eight flavor choices on the Bevi Standup 2.0
