Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz gin
- 5 raspberries
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 cup Bevi Raspberry Bubbly water
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Ice
Directions
- In a shaker, muddle raspberries with lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Add gin.
- Add ice and shake, then strain into a highball glass.
- Top off with Bevi Raspberry Bubbly water, setting flavor to high.
- Add fresh mint for garnish.
