Overview
The enhancement concentrate "Caffeine" is rebranding to "Energy Boost" to align with user preferences, while keeping the same formula and benefits. There are no changes to the recipe or SKU, UPC, or flavor numbers. "Energy Boost" will appear on Bevi machine dispense screens, while flavor concentrate boxes (BiB's) and The Well will continue to show "Caffeine" for now. Invoices and machine Service Panels will show "Energy Boost (Caffeine)".
General
Q: What is Energy Boost?
A: Rebranded from "Caffeine" to "Energy Boost", this enhancement continues to give any beverage a natural lift with caffeine from green coffee beans. The intensity of this enhancement can be adjusted from low to high with an onscreen slider.
The estimated amount of caffeine added to the beverage when Energy Boost is selected can be found on the onscreen nutrition counter, both before and during dispense.
Q: What does Energy Boost taste like?
A: Whether "Caffeine" or "Energy Boost", most users find this enhancement to be flavorless, while some report a mild taste.
Q: How is Energy Boost different from Bevi’s Caffeine enhancement?
A: There’s no difference, except the name. Energy Boost uses the same ingredients as Caffeine.
Q: Why did Bevi decide to make this change from Caffeine to Energy Boost?
A: At Bevi, we continually collect and review user feedback to create the best product experience. Through this feedback, we found the name "Energy Boost" aligns more with consumer preferences for this enhancement.
Q: How will Energy Boost appear on the Bevi dispense screen?
A: The Energy Boost selection appears in place of Caffeine on the Bevi dispense screen for all machines that had Caffeine installed.
Technicians/Self Servicers
Q: Does the name change to Energy Boost affect SKU’s, UPC, or flavor numbers?
