Overview
Standup 2.0 Bevi machines will detect if the installed filter has reached (or is nearing) the end of service life, and issue one of two filter-related Machine Alerts.
Depending on the alert severity, the filter will either need to be swapped immediately or as soon as possible to avoid disruptions to dispensing. The timeframe for action can vary per machine based on actual detected conditions, so it’s important to address initial Filter Out alerts right away before they escalate.

Alert Details
Filter Out 🟡
Message: "Bevi has detected the filter in this machine is at the end of its life. Not swapping the filter may result in service disruption for this machine."
Action required: Swap the filter. This alert does not block dispenses, but the filter is at end of life and needs to be swapped now.
If not swapped promptly, this alert will escalate and dispensing will be disabled. The timeframe for this varies per machine based on detected conditions, so arrange to replace the filter right away (as soon as possible) to avoid disrupting users.
Filter Out - Escalated 🔴
Message: "Bevi has detected the filter in this machine is at the end of its life. Please swap the filter to restore service to this machine."
Action required: Swap the filter. This alert blocks dispenses; the filter must be swapped at this time to restore operation.
Make sure to properly register the filter replacement on the machine (see filter swap instructions) in order to allow the alert to clear.
