Overview
This alert is triggered when the Internal Water Pressure sensor is reading at or below -18 PSI. This could indicate an issue with the pressure sensor, the sensor cable connection, or the BUC Board.

Troubleshooting Steps

Access the Service Panel
- Tap the Service Icon in the upper left corner of the main dispense screen.
- Tap “Start Service”.
- Enter the PIN (1986) to access the service panel. The door should automatically open.
- If on another screen, select the “Service” tab.

Check the Internal Water Pressure data in Troubleshooting Tools.
- Verify that the water supply is connected to the Bevi and is open.
- In the Service Panel, tap “Alerts and Maintenance” in the lower right side of the screen.
- In the Alerts and Maintenance screen, tap “Troubleshooting Tools” at the bottom left of the screen.
- From the Troubleshooting Tools screen, place a container under the nozzle and dispense COLD water.
- Verify water dispenses from the nozzle.

- In the Data section, under “Water”, check the Internal Water Pressure.
- If the pressure reading is reading correctly, resolve the alert and exit the service panel (see Step 9).
- If water dispenses but the internal water pressure reading is -18 psi or lower, continue on to Step 3.

Power off the Bevi and unplug the power cord.
- On the back of the Bevi at the top, turn off the power switch.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Bevi.

Remove the top panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 6 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Remove the center panel from the back of the Bevi.
- Loosen the 4 screws in the corners of the panel.
- Lift the panel up to unhook from the screws, and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.

Check the Water Pressure Sensor connection at Manifold 1
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable to Manifold 1.
- There is a lock latch on the connector, gently press the latch to release the connection.
- When reconnecting, ensure the sensor connector is fully seated into the pressure sensor and the lock latch clicks into place.

Check the Inlet Manifold cable connection at the BUC Board.
- Inspect connector and wires for any visible damage.
- Verify the connector is fully seated and clicked into place.
- Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable to the BUC Board.
- Ensure when reconnecting that the connector is fully seated and clicks into place on the BUC Board.

Inspect the entire length of the Water Pressure Sensor Cable.
- Check for any cuts or damage to the wires and connectors along the entire cable from the sensor to the BUC Board.
- If any cuts or damage to the pressure sensor cable are found, then it will likely need to be replaced - Please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
- Check for any cuts or damage to the wires and connectors along the entire cable from the sensor to the BUC Board.

Plug in the power cord and power on the Bevi.
- Navigate back to the Troubleshooting Tools screen (click to review steps).
- Check the Internal Water Pressure in the Data Section.
- If the water pressure is now reporting correctly, clear the alert and reinstall the back panels.
If all above connections and cables are properly connected and there is no damage to any wiring, but the Internal Water Pressure is still reading at or below -18 PSI, please contact Bevi Support support@bevi.co, or call our support line at 866-704-2384 (866-704-BEVI).
