Overview
Machine alerts indicate when a machine requires attention. These alerts can be viewed on the Well and within the machine’s onscreen service panel to help your team effectively manage your Bevi machines. The alerts and criteria below are for the Countertop 1.5 (CT 1.5) model.
Set up automatic email alerts to notify your team of issues and access relevant troubleshooting material prior to arrival. This allows service teams to be prepared to resolve any service or retrofit needs.
Definitions
Sev 1 alerts are Severity 1 ("red") and mean dispenses from the machine are blocked.
Sev 2 alerts are Severity 2 ("yellow") and do not block dispenses, but require attention. Some may escalate if not resolved promptly.
