In some cases, due to warm ambient air inside a Countertop's cabinets, the air moisture forms condensation around the water lines coming from the chiller carbonator. To resolve this issue, you will need to insulate the water lines connecting between the chiller carbonator and the Countertop head unit.
First, you will need to purchase pipe insulation tape. We recommend this tape.
Second, using the insulation tape, wrap all the water lines between the chiller carbonator and the Countertop head unit. Start an inch or two past the end of the supplied insulation for on the soda/still water out lines leaving the chiller, and wrap all exposed lines an inch or two past the insulation on the console tubing. You can also wrap any unions, tees, or shut offs as well since the adhesive side of the tape is not water tight so if there was a leak the insulation will not hide it.
The wrapped lines should look like the following:
