Manifold 3 Removal and Replacement Guide
Part Number: 720-0064
Overview
This document will show you how to remove and replace Manifold 3 in a Bevi Standup 2.0. Manifold 3 takes chilled, ambient and sparkling water from the carbonator outputs and sends it to the nozzle assembly.
Note: This document assumes a tech has already read through the appropriate troubleshooting guide for the issue at hand. If the appropriate guide has not yet been reviewed, please begin there to ensure Manifold 3 is the source of the problem.
Components for Manifold 3
-
(2) solenoid valves
- Still water solenoid
- Sparkling water solenoid
- (2) ¼” inputs from still and sparkling tubes
- (1) ¼” output to nozzle

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is manifold 3 used for?
A: Manifold 3 is used to provide/control the flow of ambient and cold water to the dispense nozzle.
Q: What is connected to Manifold 3?
A:: Still water line from carbonator, Sparkling water line from carbonator, and output from Manifold 3 to nozzle.
Q: Where is Manifold 3 located?
A: Manifold 3 is located on the inside of the door, to the left of the nozzle assembly which is hidden behind the printed restocking instructions card.
Required Tools & Materials
- #2 Phillips Screwdriver
- Small Flathead screwdriver
- Zip ties
Task 1: Remove Manifold 3 Assembly
- Open the door and locate Manifold 3.
- Remove the restock instruction card by carefully removing the 3 plastic rivets securing the card to the door.
- Gently pry plastic rivets up using a small flathead screwdriver.
- Manifold 3 is located on the inside of the door, to the left of the dispense nozzle.
- Turn off Still and Sparkling shut off valves.
- Each line has its own ¼” ball valve.
- From the touchscreen, dispense Still and Sparkling water in order to depressurize the tubes after the shut off valves. IF you don’t you will have a hard time disconnecting the lines
- Disconnect wiring connections for both Dispense Solenoids. - Note: Sparkling and Still - the wires are labeled. The manifold is not - Black line = Still
WARNING: Do not pull directly on wire, this can result in pulling the wire out of the connector.
- Remove the 2 Phillips screws securing Manifold 3 to the mounting bracket.
NOTE: Do not remove the metal mounting bracket from the door.
- Disconnect ¼” output line to nozzle to allow for easy access to Still and Sparkling tubes.
- Disconnect the manifold from both shut of valves, leaving the shut off valves connected to the Still and Sparkling tubes.
- Do not remove the shut of valves from the still and sparkling tubes
Task 2: Installing New Manifold 3 Assembly
- Reconnect Still and Sparkling valves and ¼” output tube to Manifold 3.
- The still line is BLACK tubing, the sparkling line is WHITE tubing.
- Reinstall red safety clips.
- Reinstall the manifold assembly onto the mounting bracket, securing with the 2 Phillips screws.
- Reconnect Still and Sparkling dispense solenoid wiring.
- Both pairs of solenoid wiring leads are labeled
- Blue and Black wires are for STILL
- Black and Grey wires are for SPARKLING
- The solenoids do not have a specific polarity, so the wires can be connected either way
- Both pairs of solenoid wiring leads are labeled
NOTE: The Still Solenoid Valve is the larger one. Sparkling is the smaller valve, rotated on an angle.
- Open both still and sparkling shut off valves.
- Once open, inspect all tubing connections for leaks
- If any leaks are present, check to make sure all tubing connections are fully seated in push-to-connect fittings
- Once open, inspect all tubing connections for leaks
- Test still and sparkling dispense to ensure Solenoid Valves are functioning properly.
- Reinstall restock instruction card on door by reattaching the 3 plastic rivets, making sure the rivets are fully inserted.
NOTE: Ensure that the card is not interfering with the door seal. The card should not overlap the outer edge of the door at all, and should be tucked inside.
