Troubleshooting Steps
Task 1: Repeat the Diagnostic Test
- If the test fails, you can first attempt to restart the diagnostic tests to see if it passes on the second attempt.
- If the test continues to fail, power cycle the Bevi via the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Navigate back through installation to the Install Diagnostic step and repeat the test.
- If the test continues to fail, continue to Task 2.
Task 2: Check Head Unit Exhaust Fan.
- Reach behind the head unit and feel if there is any air moving from the exhaust fan.
- If air is moving out of the head unit from the fan but the diagnostic test continues to fail, then there may be an issue with the SBC.

Remove the back panel from the Head Unit.
- Under the countertop, loosen the split nut 2-3 turns.
- Carefully rotate the head unit to access the back panel.
