Troubleshooting Steps:
Task 1: Repeat the Diagnostic Test
- Ensure water and CO2 are turned off.
- Restart the diagnostic tests to see if it passes on the second attempt.

If the test continues to fail, power cycle the Bevi via the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Navigate back through the installation steps to the Install Diagnostic step and repeat the test.
- If the test continues to fail, continue to Task 2.
Task 3: Contact Bevi Support to verify correct Software and Firmware.
- If the 24V Watchdog Test is failing, it may be an indication that the Software and or Firmware did not properly update in previous installation steps.
- Contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.

Bevi Support can assist in confirming if any Software and or Firmware updates are available.
- This is not an available functionality from the machine while in Install Wizard.
- If any updates are required, Bevi Support will upgrade remotely.

If any updates were required:
- Power cycle the Bevi via the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Navigate back through the installation steps to the Install Diagnostic step and repeat the test.
- If the test continues to fail, continue to next task.
Task 4: Power Off the Bevi.
- Power off the Bevi using the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the chiller.
Task 5: Remove the chiller from the cabinet.
- Carefully lift the front of the chiller so the locating tabs on the bottom can come up and out of the ventilation holes.
- Slide the chiller forward so the front hangs over the edge of the cabinet.

Remove the red locking clip and disconnect the 3/8” water supply line from the back of the chiller.
- This step may not be necessary if there is enough slack on the water line to fully remove the chiller without putting tension on the tubing.

Lifting from the front and the rear grab handle, carefully lift the chiller out of the cabinet and place on the floor.
- When removing the chiller from the cabinet, make sure not to put stress or tension on any electrical connections.
- If needed, disconnect the USB and 24V Head Unit Power cables to avoid damage.
Task 6: Remove the left side panel.
- Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the top panel of the chiller.
- With the screws fully loosened, slide the the panel up to release the locating tabs at the base.
- Place the panel to the side.
Task 7: Remove the PCB panel.
- Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the PCB panel on the left side of the chiller.
- With the screws fully loosened, lift the panel to release the lower locating tab and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.
Task 8: Check the BUC Board 24V Power Supply Connection.
- Locate the 24V Power Cable connection on the BUC Board.

Inspect the wires and connector for any visible damage.
- If there is any damage to the cable, connector, or loose pins, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.

Gently disconnect, and reconnect the 24V cable.
- There is a lock latch on the right side of the connector that needs to be depressed to disconnect the cable.
- When reconnecting, ensure the connector is fully seated and clicks into place.
Task 9: Check the 24V Power Supply.

Remove the 24V Power Supply.
- Using a flathead screwdriver, push on the tab securing the power supply in the PCB housing and simultaneously pull on the power supply.
- Confirm the large white 120VAC connector is properly seated.

Inspect the wires and connector for any visible damage.
- If there is any damage to the cable, connector, or loose pins, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.

Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable.
- There is a lock latch on the connector that needs to be depressed to disconnect the cable.
- When reconnecting, ensure the connector is fully seated and clicks into place.
- Confirm the yellow/green ground wire is connected securely.
- Confirm the yellow and black 24VDC cables are connected securely.

Reinstall the 24V Power Supply.
- Slide the power supply back into the slot in the PCB housing.
- Ensure the metal tab locks into place.
Task 10: Reinstall the Chiller.

Reinstall the left side panel, and the PCB panel.
- Take care not to pinch any wiring in the panels.
- Ensure the locating tabs slot into place
- Tighten the screws to secure the panel.
- Reconnect the chiller power cord.

Carefully lift the chiller into place in the cabinet.
- Ensure the locating tabs on the bottom of the chiller fit into the ventilation holes and the chiller sits flush on the base of the cabinet.

If it was disconnected during removal, reconnect the 3/8” water supply tube.
- Ensure the tubing is fully seated into the push to connect fitting.
- Reinstall the red locking clip.
- Power on the chiller.
Task 11: Repeat the Diagnostic Test
- Once the Bevi starts up, continue through the Install Wizard back to the diagnostics step.

Rerun the test.
- If the test passes, continue with Installation.

If the test continues to fail, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.
- If the Compressor Current test continues to fail, it could indicate that either the Dispense App version and or Chiller Firmware are out of date.
- Bevi Technical Services will assist in confirming if the unit is up to date, and pushing any necessary SW / FW upgrades.
