Troubleshooting Steps:
Task 1: Repeat the Diagnostic Test.
- Verify water and CO2 are turned off, and filter is NOT installed.
- Restart the diagnostic tests to see if it passes on the second attempt.

If the test continues to fail, power cycle the Bevi via the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Navigate back through the installation steps to the Install Diagnostic step and repeat the test.
- If the test continues to fail, continue to Task 2.
Task 2: Power Off the Bevi.
- Power off the Bevi using the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the chiller.
Task 3: Remove the Head Unit Shell.

Release to top mounting clip for the head unit shell.
- Place both hands on the sides of the head unit shell near the top.
- Using some force, twist the top of the shell to release the top clip.

Inside the cabinet, locate the split nut on the threaded coupler at the base of the head unit and loosen it 2-3 turns.
- This will allow you to rotate the head unit for easier access to the back.
Task 4: Inspect HUCB 24V Power Connection
- Locate the HUCB 24V power cable.

Inspect the power cable connection to the HUCB.
- Confirm the connector appears to be fully seated.
- Inspect the cable and connector for any visible signs of damage.
- Check for any loose pins between the wiring and connector.

Reseat the 24V power cable on the HUCB.
- Carefully depress the lock latch to release the cable from the HUCB.
- Reconnect the cable, ensuring it is fully seated and clicks into place in the board side connector.

Inspect the HUCB for any visible signs of damage, or any water or flavor leaks that may have contacted the board.
- If there are any signs of damage to the HUCB, or 24V power cable, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-BEVI (2384).
Task 5: Power On and Retest.
- Reconnect the power cable to the back of the Compact Chiller.
- Power on the Bevi with the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Once restarted, navigate back to the Install Diagnostics step of installation.

Rerun the Install Diagnostics test.
- If the test passes, continue with installation.
- If the test continues to fail, proceed to next task.
Task 6: Remove the chiller from the cabinet.
- Carefully lift the front of the chiller so the locating tabs on the bottom can come up and out of the ventilation holes.
- Slide the chiller forward so the front hangs over the edge of the cabinet.

Remove the red locking clip and disconnect the 3/8” water supply line from the back of the chiller.
- This step may not be necessary if there is enough slack on the water line to fully remove the chiller without putting tension on the tubing.

Lifting from the front and the rear grab handle, carefully lift the chiller out of the cabinet and place on the floor.
- When removing the chiller from the cabinet, make sure not to put stress or tension on any electrical connections.
- If needed, disconnect the USB and 24V Head Unit Power cables to avoid damage.
Task 7: Remove the left side panel.
- Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the top panel of the chiller.
- With the screws fully loosened, slide the the panel up to release the locating tabs at the base.
- Place the panel to the side.
Task 8: Remove the PCB panel.
- Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the PCB panel on the left side of the chiller.
- With the screws fully loosened, lift the panel to release the lower locating tab and remove.
- Place the panel to the side.
Task 9: Check the BUC Board 24V Power Supply Connection.
- Locate the 24V Power Cable connection on the BUC Board.

Inspect the wires and connector for any visible damage.
- If there is any damage to the cable, connector, or loose pins, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.

Gently disconnect, and reconnect the 24V cable.
- There is a lock latch on the right side of the connector that needs to be depressed to disconnect the cable.
- When reconnecting, ensure the connector is fully seated and clicks into place.
Task 10: Check the 24V Power Supply.

Remove the 24V Power Supply.
- Using a flathead screwdriver, push on the tab securing the power supply in the PCB housing and simultaneously pull on the power supply.
- Confirm the large white 120VAC connector is properly seated.

Inspect the wires and connector for any visible damage.
- If there is any damage to the cable, connector, or loose pins, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-2384.

Gently disconnect, and reconnect the cable.
- There is a lock latch on the connector that needs to be depressed to disconnect the cable.
- When reconnecting, ensure the connector is fully seated and clicks into place.
- Confirm the yellow/green ground wire is connected securely.
- Confirm the yellow and black 24VDC cables are connected securely.

Reinstall the 24V Power Supply.
- Slide the power supply back into the slot in the PCB housing.
- Ensure the metal tab locks into place.
Task 11: Inspect BUCB to Head Unit 24V Power Connection.
- Locate the Head Unit Connector on the BUCB.

Inspect the power cable connection to the BUCB.
- Confirm the connector appears to be fully seated.
- Inspect the cable and connector for any visible signs of damage.
- Check for any loose pins between the wiring and connector.

Reseat the Head Unit power cable on the BUCB.
- Carefully depress the lock latch to release the cable from the HUCB.
- Reconnect the cable, ensuring it is fully seated and clicks into place in the board side connector.

Inspect the BUCB for any visible signs of damage.
- If there are any signs of damage to the BUCB, or cable, please contact Bevi Support at 866-704-BEVI (2384).
Task 12: Reinstall the Chiller.

Reinstall the left side panel, and the PCB panel.
- Take care not to pinch any wiring in the panels.
- Ensure the locating tabs slot into place
- Tighten the screws to secure the panel.
- Reconnect the chiller power cord.

Carefully lift the chiller into place in the cabinet.
- Ensure the locating tabs on the bottom of the chiller fit into the ventilation holes and the chiller sits flush on the base of the cabinet.

If it was disconnected during removal, reconnect the 3/8” water supply tube.
- Ensure the tubing is fully seated into the push to connect fitting.
- Reinstall the red locking clip.

If disconnected, reconnect the USB and 24V power cables to the back of the chiller.
- Ensure the cables are fully seated and click into place.
- Power on the chiller.
Task 13: Repeat the Diagnostic Test
- Once the Bevi starts up, continue through the Install Wizard back to the diagnostics step.

Rerun the test.
- If the test passes, continue with Installation.
