- 2x small zip ties
Remove and Replace Procedure
Task 1: Power Off the Bevi
- Power off the Bevi using the power switch on the front of the chiller.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the chiller.
Task 2: Remove the Shell
- Remove the drip tray from the base of the CT 2.0 and place it to the side.
- Place one hand on the left and one hand on the right of the shell and twist toward one side until the shell releases from the front of the head unit.
- Insert a key or flatheaded screwdriver straight into the shell latch-release hole until the tool stops moving.
- CAUTION: It is possible to slip the tool underneath the latch.
- Lift the shell up to remove it from the CT 2.0.
CAUTION: The shell may require some force to remove.
Task 3: Remove the Flavor Line
- Remove the nozzle shroud from the front housing.
- Identify the tab extending downward from the nozzle shroud and pull on the tab until the nozzle shroud releases from the front housing.
- Place the nozzle shroud in a safe location.
- Identify the flavor line that needs to be replaced.
- The flavor pump numbers are molded into the pump towers for identification.
- Trace the flavor line from the top of the pump to the nozzle.
- Remove the flavor lines from the routing clip on the front housing and the routing hook on the relevant pump tower.
- Cut the two zip ties holding the flavor lines together.
- Take care not to snip or cut any of the flavor lines.
- One zip tie is located next to the front housing and the other is located behind the flavor lines’ routing clip in the pump tower.
- Disconnect the flavor line from the flavor pump.
- Support the flavor pump with one hand and use the other hand to remove the flavor line.
- Pull and twist the flavor line to remove it.
CAUTION: The flavor line may require significant pulling to remove.
- Remove the flavor line and injector from the nozzle.
- Identify the location of the disconnected flavor line by following it to the nozzle.
- Pinch the flavor line just behind the flavor injector.
- Carefully pull on the flavor line such that it releases from the nozzle.
- Ensure the flavor injector is still inserted in the flavor line.
Task 4: Install the New Flavor Line
- Unpackage the new flavor line.
- Connect the new flavor line to the flavor pump.
- Push and twist the tube to seat it onto the 90° fitting, taking care to fully seat the flavor tube on the barb.
- Route the flavor line to the nozzle.
- Insert the flavor line in the relevant routing clip.
- The clip is located above the flavor pump.
- Route the flavor line behind the LED shelf.
- Insert the flavor line in the relevant routing clip.
- Insert the flavor injector into the nozzle.
- Take care to fully insert the flavor injector into its mounting bracket.
- An audible click will occur when the injector is pushed in.
- Bundle the flavor lines together using zip ties.
- Replace the zip ties as close as possible to their original locations, using indentations on the flavor lines as a guide.
- Take care not to pull the zip ties too tightly as this can pinch/restrict the flavor lines.
- Insert the flavor line bundle into its routing features.
- Ensure the bundle is routed through both routing clips.
- Reinstall the nozzle shroud.
- Carefully insert the nozzle shroud back into the front housing
- Ensure the nozzle shroud is not obstructing any of the flavor injectors.
Task 5: Reinstall the Shell
- Loosely place the shell onto the head unit.
- Ensure proper alignment of the hooks on the front of the shell.
- Ensure no cabling or flavor lines are pinched in the shell prior to seating it. Components at risk of being pinched are:
- Flavor lines - pump to nozzle
- Flow meter cable
- Cables from the touchscreen
- Ensure the power cord is effectively routed through the port on the back of the shell.
- Reseat the shell onto the head unit.
- Firmly press on the top of the shell directly above one of the tabs to seat it into the touchscreen.
- Perform the same step on the other side of the shell.
- Ensure the tabs fully click into place.
- Rotate the head unit back to its original position.
- Replace the drip tray.
- Reconnect the power cord to the back of the chiller.
- Power on the Bevi.

- When priming, only concentrate will exit the nozzle.
- Ensure flavor is dispensing into the container.
- If no flavor is dispensed:
- Double check the connection between the flavor box and the threaded connector.
- Confirm you can hear the pump running.
- Double check the tubing connections on the pump; if they are reversed flavor will not dispense.
- Ensure the nozzle shroud is not obstructing the flavor injector.
- If no flavor is dispensed:
- Resolve any alerts that may have fired before returning the machine to the dispense UI.
- Exit out of all service menus and return to the dispense UI.
