Task 3: Remove the Front Housing
- Remove the nozzle shroud.
- Identify the tab extending downward from the nozzle shroud and pull on the tab until the nozzle shroud releases from the front housing.
- Place the nozzle shroud in a safe location.
- Remove the drip tray from the base of the head unit and set it aside.
- Ensure the drip tray and its grate stay together.

- Lift the front housing up and out from the head unit’s base.
Task 4: Remove the Touchscreen
- Remove the power cable from the SBC.
- Depress and hold the lock latch to release the connector from the SBC.
- Ensure to hold onto the plastic connector when disconnecting the cable from the board.
- Carefully cut the zip tie securing the display cable’s ferrite to the pump tower.

- Disconnect the remainder of the cabling from the SBC.
- LED Backlight Cable
- Video Cable (LVDS)
- Touch Sense Cable
- The backlight cable has a lock latch that must be depressed while disconnecting it.
CAUTION: Do not pull directly on any of the wires; they are easy to damage and the wires may pull out of the connectors.

- Ensure all cables are away from pinch points prior to seating the touchscreen.
- Push the touchscreen in one side at a time until an audible click is heard and the mounting snaps engage.
- Route the cabling as it was prior to removing the touchscreen.
- Take care not to excessively pull on the cables.
- Use a zip tie to install the ferrite to its original location on the pump towers.
- Cut the excess length of the zip tie.
- Take care not to cut any cables when cutting the zip tie.
- Reconnect all touchscreen cables to the SBC.
